3.2*2.1 Meter UV Flatbed RMO Printer
If you are seeking for a solution for both board and roll material printing, this LED UV printer, TC-FR3221 will be a perfect choice. Built with true flatbed and roll structure, it can print on 3.2*2.1m flated and roll upto 3.2m width. TC-FR3221 is also a high speed UV printer. It has max. 12 Ricoh Gen5 or Gen6 printheads providing incredible printing speed.

UV-LED Curing System
LED curing doesn't produce much heat. So heat-sensitive media can be printed and cured without material damage. The curing power is adjustable.Besides, UV-LED curing system also has a longer lifetime. And it is maintenance free and eco-friendly.
Auto Media Height Detection
It can measure the height of media and adapt to the height for print automatically. It can print media with thickness up to 110mm.
Anti-crush Protection
The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.
Auto Ink Lock
The ink valve system is opened and closed automatically by solenoid valve control.
Media Locating Pins
There are pins around start point on fatbed. It is convinient to operate with a simple button. Media can be easily placed at the start point.
High-resolution encoder
The encoder on machine is metal encoder with resolution up to 1um. lt can ensure printheads moving exactly where it directed. Make sure each ink-dot drop down the right position.
