UV-LED Curing System

The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.

Auto Media Height Detection

It can measure the height of media and adapt to the height for print automatically. It can print media with thickness up to 110mm.

Auto Ink Lock

The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.

Media Locating Pins

There are pins around start point on flatbed. It is convenient to operate with a simple button. Media can be easily placed at the start point.

Statics Elimination

Statics exists on material, especial in a dry environment. With statics elimination system, it can efficiently decrease the route change of ink dropping caused by statics on material, ensure printing quality.

High-resolution encoder

The encoder on machine is metal encoder with resolution up to 1 um. It can ensure printheads moving exactly where it directed. Make sure each ink-dot drop down the right position.

Vacuum
