Features

UV-LED Curing System

LED curing doesn't produce much heat. So heat-sensitive media can be printed and cured without material damage. The curing power is adjustable. Besides, UV-LED curing system also has a longer lifetime. And it is maintenance easy and eco-friendly.

Auto Media Height Detection

It can measure the height of media and adapt to the height for print automatically. It can print media with thickness up to 110mm.

Auto Ink Lock

The ink valve system is opened and close dautomaticlly by solenoid valve control.

Media Locating Pins

There are pins around start point on flatbed. It is convenient to operate with a simple button. Media can be easily placed at the start point.

Anti-crush Protection

The carriage will stop moving when it hit subject in its way to protect the printhead. It has two sensors on both sides of carriage.

High-resolution encoder

The encoder on machine is metal encoder with resolution up to 1 um. It can ensure printheads moving exactly where it directed. Make sure each ink-dot drop down the right position.

Statics Elimination

Statics exists on material, especial in a dry environment. With statics elimination system, it can efficiently decrease the route change of ink dropping caused by statics on material, ensure printing quality.

Flatbed Vacuum System

Media will be hold on flatbed with vacuum system flat and firmly in place. It flatbed has been divided into 8 different areas for media of different sizes.

Ink Stirring Device

Built-in ink agitator prevents ink sedimentation, ensures uniform ink color and stable ink supply, and effectively reduces printhead clogging.

Ink pressure system

Stable ink pressure ensures smooth ink supply, reduces printhead clogging and improves overall printing stability.
