The SPRINTER SVE-7090Duo is a professional digital spot UV varnish machine. It features a working size of 70×90cm and supports simultaneous printing of two A3+ sheets. Equipped with an automatic feeding system and belt drive structure, it can precisely apply high-gloss UV coating onto selected areas of packaging substrates to create raised, shiny finish cured instantly by UV light. To add metallic foil effects, simply take the UV-enhanced print to a separate foiling machine (purchased independently). The combination of spot UV varnish and foil process can double the selling price of ordinary packaging.
The SPRINTER SVE-7090Duo adopts a high-precision AI vision scanning system to read registration marks on pre-printed and laminated substrates. Designed for small-batch and multi-sheet production, its 70×90cm working area supports dual A3+ sheets processing in one run. Thanks to the automatic feeding system and belt transmission structure, the machine can compensate minor sheet skew and distortion in real time. The AI vision dynamically calibrates the print position to lay spot UV varnish perfectly matched to pre-existing artwork.
It performs reliably on laminated coated stock, delivering crisp raised UV texture while keeping the protective lamination intact. 1.Apply spot UV varnish with the SVE‑7090Duo. You can flexibly arrange the sequence: either varnish before foil or foil before varnish, based on your production requirements.
2.Transfer the printed material to a separate foiling machine (hot or cold foil press) for metallic embellishment.
