Sample Process — 4 Steps in Detail

Step 1: Submit Your Request

📝 Submit your sample request via our online form or email, telling us your material type, size requirements, desired equipment model, and focus areas (e.g., color reproduction, adhesion testing, precision verification). We'll confirm the details with you within 4 hours of receiving your request to ensure accurate understanding. If you have special process requirements (e.g., white ink stacking, spot varnish), please specify them as well.

Step 2: Send Your Materials

📮 After confirming your requirements, we'll provide the shipping address (Shanghai HQ or Yixing factory) for you to send your actual production materials. We recommend sending 2-3 pieces for comparative printing at different parameters, each no smaller than 10×10cm to fully showcase print quality. If confidentiality is required (e.g., custom designs), please include the print file or indicate we can use standard test patterns.

Step 3: Printing & Production

🖨️ Upon receiving your materials, SPRINTER application engineers perform actual printing on your specified equipment. We calibrate optimal print parameters based on material characteristics and apply pre-treatment when necessary (e.g., coating, wiping). During printing, engineers document the equipment model, ink type, print parameters, and pre-treatment methods, providing this information along with the finished sample for your future production reference. Standard sample turnaround is 3-5 business days after material receipt.

Step 4: Receive Your Sample

📦 After sample completion, we ship the finished piece via express delivery (SF Express domestically, DHL/FedEx internationally) with full tracking information. A Sample Report is included with the finished piece, containing equipment model, ink information, print parameters, pre-treatment methods, and engineer process recommendations. After you receive the sample, our application engineers will proactively follow up to answer any questions about the results.

Yes, SPRINTER's sample service is completely free with no printing fees, ink charges, or return shipping costs. You only need to cover the shipping cost to send your materials to our designated address. We believe great products speak for themselves, and sample printing is the best way to demonstrate our capabilities.

Q2: How long does sample printing take?

Standard sample turnaround is 3-5 business days after material receipt. If you need expedited service, please indicate this in your request and we can arrange 1-2 business day rush printing (no extra charge). Including shipping time, domestic clients typically receive samples within 7-10 days, and overseas clients within 10-15 days.

Q3: Can I specify the equipment model for printing?

Absolutely! You can specify any SPRINTER model for your sample, such as TC-CF2513, TC-2513Mh, C-380, etc. If you're unsure which model is best suited, our engineers will recommend the most matching model based on your materials and requirements with detailed reasoning.

Q4: What are the material shipping requirements?

We recommend sending 2-3 pieces for comparative printing at different parameters, each no smaller than 10×10cm. Please package fragile materials carefully — we'll photograph and confirm material condition upon receipt. For oversized materials (exceeding 1.3×2.5m), please contact us in advance. Unused materials are not automatically returned; please indicate if you need them back when submitting your request.

Q5: Can I use my own designs for sample printing?

Yes! You can include your print files (AI/PDF/TIF format recommended, resolution no less than 300dpi) with your materials or send them via email/cloud storage. All design files are used solely for sample printing — we strictly observe confidentiality agreements and delete files after completion. If you prefer not to share designs, we can use standard test patterns for your sample.

Q6: What if I'm not satisfied with the sample?

If the sample doesn't meet your expectations, our application engineers will communicate with you in detail to analyze the cause (possibly material characteristics, pre-treatment methods, or parameter settings) and arrange a second free sample. In most cases, by adjusting process parameters or pre-treatment, the second sample achieves satisfactory results.

Q7: Can overseas clients request sample printing?

Absolutely! Overseas clients enjoy the same free sample service. Simply send your materials to our Shanghai headquarters or Yixing factory, and we'll ship the finished sample back via DHL/FedEx international express. Overseas clients should allow 15-20 days for the complete process. Routing through our Dubai office can also be arranged.

Q8: Is there a quantity limit for sample printing?

Standard sampling is limited to 1 material type + 1-2 equipment models for comparison, with up to 3 pieces printed. For multiple material types or multi-model comparisons, please contact us to arrange. For project verification sampling by contracted clients, we offer more flexible sample support arrangements.
