During the warranty period, repairs and replacements for component failures caused by manufacturing quality are completely free (including parts and labor). However, the following are not covered: damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized disassembly or modification, failures caused by using non-SPRINTER specified consumables, and damage from force majeure events such as natural disasters.
